employees, are of crucial importance for us. That is why HiredSupport thrives to achieve highest
standards in personal data protection. For this sake, we strongly undertake to be transparent about the
way how we collect personal data, use and share it. Since we understand that our clients process
personal data of data subjects residing international, we specifically commit to take serious account of
provisions of EU privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and
comply thereto where applicable.

SECTION 1 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND OTHERWISE PROCESS?
When you browse our website and services, we automatically receive your computer’s internet
protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and
operating system, which is very helpful for us to make your use of our website and service more
customized and efficient.

When you purchase our services, as part of the buying process, we collect your personal
data you provide us with such as your name, company, address and email address.
That data is indispensable for effectuating payments and rendition of our services.

We also collect information, including personal data, about our client’s customers. In fact, this is the
major block of personal data we process since the essence of our business is to provide customer
support for business.

SECTION 2 – HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
For the most of the time, we operate as a mere data processor meaning that we receive personal data
of third parties (our clients’ customers) from our clients and effectuate communication with their
customers on their behalf and in their interest. As a data processor we act only upon instructions of our
client and cannot use or otherwise process data beyond those instructions.

We don’t usually retain personal data we receive from our client unless we need it for our
communication with our clients pertaining to the performance of orders. We may also retain this
communication for the purposes of future establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for any
other legitimate interest. In such a case, we may become a data controller with regards to the data we
have received from our clients.

From time to time we also use Email marketing (if applicable): By signing up with our services or
contacting us, we may send you emails about our services, promotional deals and other updates.

SECTION 3 – CONSENT AND OTHER LEGAL BASES
When we operate as data processor, we obtain personal data from data controllers who undertake,
via the Terms of Use, to procure necessary legal bases for the use of personal data of their customers.

When you provide us with your personal data as our client to complete a transaction, verify
your credit card, place an order for our services, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using
it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you
directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the
continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us

We may disclose your personal information if we are required or entitled to do so by applicable law.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then said payment gateway will
process your transaction. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-
DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase
transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its
service providers.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the
extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment
transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to
provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer
governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for
the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

If our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new
